At Omega Juicers, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all unused or gently used appliances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Clean and Pack

  Ensure your juicer is thoroughly cleaned and securely packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
