Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Omega Juicing journey.
What is the difference between a centrifugal and a cold press juicer?
Centrifugal juicers use high-speed blades to extract juice quickly, while cold press (masticating) juicers use a slow-speed auger to crush produce. Cold press juicers, like our signature Omega models, preserve more enzymes and nutrients by minimizing heat buildup and oxidation.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. We process all orders within 24-48 hours from our central warehouse to ensure your kitchen upgrade arrives as quickly as possible.
What is your return policy for Omega Juicers?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are your juicing components dishwasher safe?
Most removable parts on Omega Juicers are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with warm, soapy water and the included cleaning brush immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and to extend the life of the components.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, Omega Juicers are famous for their industry-leading warranties. Depending on the model, we offer up to a 15-year warranty covering the motor and functional parts to ensure your long-term health investment is protected.
Can I juice leafy greens and wheatgrass with an Omega Juicer?
Absolutely. Our horizontal masticating juicers are specifically engineered to handle tough, fibrous ingredients like kale, spinach, and wheatgrass with high yield and minimal waste.
